Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via the online store, phone or over the internet.
Shipping And Handling Postage is charged at costs - we do not make a charge for handling.
Orders over £90 are sent out FREE next day delivery to mainland UK, surcharges apply for Highlands, ROI, IOW, Channel Islands. Orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm and require a signature. Redelivery surcharge of £4.00 does apply.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. If in stock your order will be sent out to you within 2 working days, if out of stock we will contact you with an alternative or advise of an expected delivery date.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the retail price. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
