		15 Degree Short Trampa Kite Deck The original TRAMPA skate style, 15 degree long trampa deck was our first creation. It was based on the design workings of of the Scrub silver reef, where we wanted to improve a non responsive wooden skate set-up. The TRAMPA 15 degree deck is suitable as an upgrade or replacement for a damaged deck, and can fit all skate style truck systems regardless of their brand. Suitable truck systems which fit to the trampa 15 degree deck include, scrub, Kheo, Mbs, grassboard, Exit, kitedeck revolution, G4-s, NoSno Bio Hazard daisy cutter, mongoose, earthboard. The TRAMPA deck is made from a re-inforced glass and plastic thermo composite, which was originally developed for light-weight millitary purposes, giving superior strength to weight ratios. It is able to with stand huge impacts or forces and flex's like most other materials cant. It is specially formulated, and presented in a workable matter in a thread like format, just like cotton. From there, we weave the thread to our desired width, and place it onto a roll. Polished and pre shaped alluminium moulds are used to give the material the dimensions we require. By varying the layer quantity used, we are able to control the amount of flex and pop in the deck, allowing us to custom make the deck for the customers height weight, style, rider type and riders abillity. A special seal is used to help with the large pump to create a high pressured vaccume. The mould is then placed in the oven, still under a vaccume, to cook, just like a cake. Water and a very fine sand are used to cut out the decks individually from the mould. The water is pressured at 60,000 Psi. (enough pressure to cut through 9 inch titanium!) We can make the TRAMPA deck as stiff or as flexi as you would want it to be. 		15 Degree Long Trampa Kite Deck The Trampa 15° Kitedeck is built just the same as the 15° original, but has been specially shaped to suit the performance of kiteboarders and especially the kitedeck Revolution trucks. Kiteboarders tend to like more flex in the deck than mountainboarders, and the shape of this deck allows for this. As you can see, the deck has been 'Boned'. This allows for more flex in the centre of the deck, creating a very floaty feel... Kitedeck shaped decks can be drilled for skate trucks, and offer the same floaty feel on a lighter truck. 		35 Degree Short Trampa Deck The Trampa 35° short has been developed for smaller riders and freestyle riders of all kinds. It fits to all spring steer truck systems, and is particularilly well suited on on Scrub channel, Scrub Boost (Exactly the same as the MBS Matrix Truck) and kitedeck revolution. Being short in overall length, this deck is excellent for huge airs, fast rotations and all freestyle use Kiteboarders tend to like shorter decks with more flex than mountainboarders, and the shape of this deck allows for this. As you can see, the deck has been 'Boned'. This allows for slightly more flex in the centre of the deck, creating a very floaty but still very poppy feel... 		35 Degree Long Trampa Deck The TRAMPA 35 degree deck has been devloped to work in conjunction with spring steer truck systems. In order for springs to steer at their optimum they need to be mounted at 35 degrees. The 35 degree deck works best with either the Scrub Multi-Adjustable Truck or the Scrub Boost Truck (Exactly the same as the MBS Matrix Truck) The true 35 degree angle of the Trampa deck angle allows the rider to have a lower centre of gravity, compared to lesser angled deck systems such as skate decks. The Trampa 35 degree has the same foot stance area as the 15 degree long and is a fully recommended upgrade deck for adults or large teenagers, regardless of truck choice.
