As each situation is different we prefer not to send out general information that may not be appropriate but spend time talking to you about your situation and requirements. This would normally take the form of a telephone meeting with the objective of finding out about the potential site (including size, gradient, access, planning, services etc), plus its general location and your requirements. Then if appropriate we would arrange a site visit to discuss the location and your requirements further and based on this visit and initial telephone meeting we would present you with our proposal.
